Composite Decking Liverpool
South-West Sydney · about 10 minutes from our Prestons warehouse
Liverpool is our closest major centre — the warehouse is a short run down the Hume from the CBD, which makes it the easiest suburb in Sydney for us to service. Most Liverpool customers pick up the same day rather than waiting on a delivery slot, and because our boards come in 5.4m lengths, a ute or a trailer with a flag is usually all it takes.
What we see on Liverpool homes
Housing around Liverpool runs from original brick homes on generous blocks through to newer townhouse developments off Macquarie Street. On the older blocks we mostly see decks replacing tired hardwood that has cupped and splintered after years of western-suburbs sun. On the newer builds it's usually a compact alfresco area where every board counts and the cut list matters more than the colour.
Worth knowing before you order
If you're replacing an existing timber deck, measure your current joist spacing before you order. Composite wants closer centres than old hardwood decking did — bring your measurements in and we'll tell you whether the existing frame can be reused or needs battening out.
Liverpool is also where we get the most last-minute calls — a trade halfway through a deck who has run short by three boards on a Friday afternoon. Because the full range sits on the floor here rather than in a supplier's warehouse interstate, that's usually a same-day fix rather than a Monday problem. If you're working to a handover date, it's worth knowing that.
The range we stock
Timber Touch hollow boards at $46 and solid-core at $65, 5.4m, eight colours, plus the clips, joist tape and edge boards that go with them — all held here, not ordered in. Full range, pricing and how to choose.
