We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem — it is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or does not do what we said it would — you are entitled to choose a refund, a replacement, or to keep it and ask for compensation for the drop in value. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace it instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when you receive it. Tell us about any damage, shortfall or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery or pickup so we can resolve it quickly. Photos of the damage and the packaging help us deal with the supplier or carrier on your behalf.

Where an item is damaged in transit or we have sent the wrong product, we cover the cost of collecting it and getting the right product to you.

Before you cut or install

Please inspect every board or panel before installation. Natural variation in colour and grain between batches is normal for composite products, and screens vary, so we recommend seeing a sample in person at our warehouse before ordering a large quantity. Once a product has been cut, installed or altered, we are generally unable to accept it back except where the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above apply.

How to arrange a return

Call us on +61 430 387 872 or email info@decorandpanelspro.com.au with your name, the date of purchase, what you bought and what the problem is. We'll tell you whether to return it to the warehouse or whether we'll collect it.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the product back or confirming the fault.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver across Sydney metro with a minimum order of $500, arriving within 1–3 business days. You're also welcome to pick up from our warehouse at Unit 3, 54 Lyn Parade, Prestons NSW 2170 during opening hours. Call +61 430 387 872 for a delivery quote on your order.
