Composite Decking Leppington

Leppington is one of the closest growth areas to the warehouse and one of the busiest for us. It's a straight run out Camden Valley Way, and because so much of the area is still being built, a lot of what we supply there goes to builders fitting out a house before handover rather than to the eventual owner.

What we see on Leppington homes

New homes on new blocks means consistent conditions: level sites, defined alfresco areas and short board runs. What varies is the finish the builder is matching — so the decking usually has to sit alongside a specified tile and a fixed window colour that were chosen months earlier.

Worth knowing before you order

If you're a builder fitting out multiple homes in the same estate, order across the lot in one run. Same batch, same colour, no variation between houses, and we'll price it as a bulk order rather than job by job.

Site security is the practical issue on Leppington builds. Boards delivered to a block that isn't locked up have a habit of walking, and composite decking is heavy enough that nobody moves it far but valuable enough that it goes. If the site is open, have the delivery timed for when someone's there rather than left at the front.
